Sample Room

Our Sample Room consists of over ten production workers. There are about 25 sets of different types of sewing machine to bring designs into real life garment.

All sample orders are managed and scheduled electronically, it provides us a centralize database for all of the sample. The system also stored all construction, pattern, measurement and customer's comment for each of our sample. This has allowed us to make sample turnaround time significantly shorter for our customer.

The Sample Room is capable of producing around 1,800 pieces of samples monthly.
